we were asked to move from the home we have shared for over a year now, and the baby is coming late spring 🙃, i know right!
also turns out my partner has a job offer that will require us to move anyway, so the timing is divine. still unexpected moving expenses while transitioning to a new job and location are starting to add up quickly.
our midwife also informed us that she can’t service us if we move 🙃 y’all i am trying my best to relax about all of this. i’ve seen our baby in my hands in visions/dreams months ago, so i know we will have a safe home.
i’m just ready to settle in and start my cocoon phase.

since we are moving our midwife says she can’t service us. i did find someone else but turns out her view of birth doesn’t resonate with me and my baby didn’t choose her to attend her birth, i was trying to push that to happen. i’m learning even more that a birth support team doesn’t have to involve a licensed professional & that a license doesn’t mean someone is more knowledgable, wise, or valuable. my team is spiritually and ancestrally licensed and i’m grateful they have shown up. this fund is for their travel to me, housing, food, etc. shoutout to my ancestors as well that walk with me daily!
